Broadband Installation & Support Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure broadband connections at customer premises.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to connectivity, routers, and modems.
- Provide on-site and remote customer support as needed.
- Coordinate with the backend technical team for escalations.
- Maintain daily logs and ensure timely ticket closure.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma in IT or Networking preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in broadband/ISP support roles.
- Basic knowledge of networking, routers, and cable management.
- Must be comfortable with field work.
